When you request a fitting, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, email, phone, city, occasion and message. We use them to respond to your request, coordinate appointments and fulfil tailoring services. We do not sell this information.
Operational records are stored in our private business database. We keep them only as long as needed for customer service, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@bonturberg.com.
We use essential security logs and rate limiting to protect the enquiry service. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
